Michael Watson ’81 hosted “Managing Change: Preparing FGLI Students for Future Leadership,” our first Career Speaker Series, in which four alumni panelists shared their experience in the workforce and offered advice to over 25 students — undergrads and grads alike — about specific career fields. He reflected, “I was proud to re-create a program which I benefited from when I was at Yale. Students asked thoughtful questions and the panelists were insightful and candid in their responses. Students left the session with a better understanding of what they can do while they are at Yale to prepare for career success after graduation.”
