Dear 1stGenYale Summer Bulldogs Internship Hosts:
As you make your hiring plans for the 2025 summer, we want to let you know we will be pausing our 1stGenYale Summer Bulldogs student internship program.
We would have liked to offer this unique support for first-generation low-income Yale students again but, sadly, we do not have the resources to run the program as volunteers at this time. We will continue to explore options and let you know if anything changes for 2026 summer.
You are one of our valued hosts and we thank you for your past participation. You have made a real difference to 308 Yale’s first-generation low-income students over these last five years.
We are grateful for your internships and with Yale’s SEA, funding and fellowships, these students are stepping up to meaningful careers and future graduate education.
